About the Role

Btranz, a leading software solutions and mobile application development company with a global presence, is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join their team. This full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, plays a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and proficiency in Arabic, aiming to optimize human resources processes and deliver exceptional value to clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for Oracle HCM applications.
  • Conduct functional workshops, deliver user training, and manage user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare functional specifications, document processes, and related reports.
  • Support data migration activities, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
  • Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Travel to Saudi Arabia as needed to support on-site projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia to participate in client projects and provide services.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
