About Aventus

Aventus is seeking experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in Human Resources (HR) for a client engagement. This is a full-time, 3-month contract position based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is designed for professionals ready to contribute their expertise to critical Oracle HR implementations.

Role Overview

As an Oracle Techno-Functional SME, you will serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation. This involves providing comprehensive support and expertise across system configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level operations within Oracle HR modules. The position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work, including executing queries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting performance tuning.
Collaborate with both HR and technical teams to resolve system issues and optimize existing processes.
Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution activities across the Oracle HR landscape.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience of 5-10 years as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting techniques.
Solid understanding of HR business processes as implemented within Oracle systems.
Immediate or short-notice availability to commence the role.
Must currently hold an IQAMA.

Work Environment and Contract Details

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be available to work on-site for the entire 3-month contract duration. The role is part of a client engagement, requiring dedicated presence and collaboration within the client's environment.
