About the Opportunity

Aventus is seeking three experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a 3-month contract position, requiring on-site presence. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle HR/HCM environments.

Role Purpose

As an Oracle Techno-Functional SME, you will serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation. The role involves providing expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support to ensure optimal system performance and functionality for HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
• Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work, including queries, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
• Ability to work on-site for the full contract duration in Riyadh.
• Immediate or short-notice availability, with current IQAMA status.

Contract Details and Location

This is a 3-month contract engagement based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be available to commence work immediately or at short notice and are required to hold a valid IQAMA.
