About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an experienced Organizational Excellence Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the successful implementation of the KAQA Excellence Model, requiring comprehensive organizational excellence assessments and the development of strategic frameworks. The position is offered on a contract basis for a duration of 12+ months.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role involves driving organizational improvements through the application of excellence models and assessment methodologies. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing the KAQA Excellence Model within client organizations.
• Conducting thorough organizational excellence assessments.
• Developing and refining organizational excellence frameworks.
• Performing maturity assessments to evaluate organizational readiness and identify areas for development.
• Providing expert consultation and guidance on best practices in organizational excellence.

Required Expertise and Experience

Candidates for this position must demonstrate a strong understanding and practical application of the following:

• The KAQA Excellence Model.
• Principles and methodologies for conducting organizational excellence assessments.
• Various excellence frameworks and their practical application.
• Maturity assessment techniques and their interpretation.

The role requires 5-10 years of experience in organizational excellence consulting.
