About the Role: Freelance Organizational Psychology & Change Management Subject Matter Expert (Arabic Speaker)

This freelance role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes through expertise in organizational psychology, behavioral science, and change management. The Subject Matter Expert will play a key role in assisting large industrial organizations in the GCC region, specifically in Riyadh, to achieve sustainable transformation. This involves embedding new behaviors, strengthening leadership capabilities, and improving workforce engagement across large-scale transformation programs within sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining & metals, and manufacturing environments. The role requires an Arabic speaker to facilitate client engagement and cultural integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational psychology and change management workstreams within client transformation programs.
• Apply behavioral science principles to improve safety culture, workforce engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Design and facilitate workshops, assessments, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Translate behavioral insights and organizational diagnostics into practical interventions and implementation plans.
• Support the design and execution of change strategies that accelerate workforce adoption of new ways of working.
• Partner with senior leaders to build commitment, alignment, and ownership for transformation initiatives.
• Measure and evaluate change outcomes, adoption rates, and cultural transformation progress.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to the development of dss+ methodologies, tools, and intellectual property.
• Support business development and proposal activities related to organizational transformation and culture change.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking and a curious mindset. This role requires the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments, engaging with stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to meaningful outcomes. Fluency in Arabic is required for effective communication and engagement with regional clients.
