Humain is seeking a Director, Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region, on a full-time basis.

Role Overview and Strategic Focus

This senior leadership position within the Corporate Strategy function is responsible for leading the partnership and commercial growth strategy for the LIMITLESS startup ecosystem. The Director will drive the development of strategic partnerships, ecosystem expansion, enterprise engagement, and commercialization opportunities. The primary objective is to enable startups to scale through customer acquisition, procurement, investment, and market access, thereby positioning LIMITLESS as a leading AI startup ecosystem in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the partnership and ecosystem growth strategy for the LIMITLESS platform.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with government entities, enterprise organizations, investors, universities, hyperscalers, accelerators, and strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Establish commercial pathways that enable startups to secure pilots, procurement opportunities, enterprise customers, strategic partnerships, and market access.
  • Lead the design and evolution of the LIMITLESS Benefits Program, securing high-value ecosystem offerings including cloud credits, infrastructure, technology services, software licenses, and partner incentives.
  • Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships, sponsorship agreements, commercial frameworks, and ecosystem collaborations that deliver measurable business value.
  • Drive enterprise engagement initiatives that increase startup adoption and create sustainable commercial opportunities.
  • Identify and develop strategic revenue opportunities across the LIMITLESS ecosystem through partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Venture Building, Product, Platform, Investment, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy teams to accelerate ecosystem growth.
  • Represent LIMITLESS at executive forums, industry conferences, government engagements, and international ecosystem events.
  • Develop partnership governance, performance frameworks, and executive reporting to measure ecosystem impact and commercial success.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Partnerships & Growth team while fostering a high-performance, relationship-driven culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Ecosystem Development, Venture Building, or Commercial Leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic partnerships with government, enterprise organizations, technology companies, hyperscalers, venture capital firms, or innovation ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, AI, technology commercialization, venture funding, and innovation programs.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence senior executive stakeholders.
  • Experience building partnerships that drive measurable commercial outcomes and ecosystem growth.
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional initiatives and high-performing teams.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
