The Role of Performance Analyst

Namaa Partners is expanding its performance improvement work in Saudi Arabia, leading to the addition of a Performance Analyst role. This is a full-time position based remotely within Saudi Arabia, specifically supporting operations in Riyadh, Riyadh. The Performance Analyst will be responsible for establishing and tracking key performance measures for clients, defining KPIs, collecting monthly figures, and reporting on variances from planned performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Agree on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), targets, and data sources in collaboration with client teams.
• Gather monthly results from business units and conduct comparisons against established plans and prior year performance.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for management meetings.
• Investigate significant variances with responsible parties and document the underlying causes.
• Track agreed actions stemming from performance reviews and report on their progress.

Work Environment

This is a full-time remote position, allowing the successful candidate to work from home anywhere in Saudi Arabia, supporting clients primarily in Riyadh.
