About the Role

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a PMO Engineer (Electromechanical Projects) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves monitoring and coordinating electromechanical projects to ensure alignment with plans and timely delivery. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management within the electromechanical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of electromechanical projects and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and performance dashboards.
• Track project budgets, costs, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support project planning, documentation, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare management reports and project status updates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO or project coordination within electromechanical projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
