PMO & Strategy Director

About the Role

Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) is seeking a PMO & Strategy Director to lead the company's strategic planning, Project Management Office (PMO), and corporate performance functions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for translating strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and ensuring their successful execution across the organization.

Role Overview

The PMO & Strategy Director will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction and operational excellence. This involves establishing robust PMO governance, overseeing key projects, and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with overall company goals. The role requires a leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and lead significant transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s corporate strategy and strategic initiatives.
• Establish PMO governance, methodologies, and project management standards.
• Oversee strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Develop and monitor corporate and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for the CEO and leadership.
• Identify business risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead transformation, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between departmental plans and overall company strategy.
• Lead and develop the Strategy & PMO team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute corporate strategies.
• Proven experience in establishing and managing PMO functions.
• Strong background in overseeing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery.
