Role Overview

Alzab Algharbiyah is seeking a Procurement Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the timely and compliant acquisition of materials and services for company projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain and analyze quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
• Track order status and coordinate with project, finance, and warehouse teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services that meet quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate vendor records.
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement budgets.
• Prepare procurement reports and support audits and documentation requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

Work Location

This is an on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
