🔹 *Tasks and Responsibilities:*
* Manage the product from the launch phase to expansion and achieving growth
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan (Go-To-Market Strategy)
* Build a clear sales strategy and achieve monthly targets
* Analyze user data and extract insights to improve performance
* Improve user experience and increase conversion and retention rates
* Continuous coordination with the development team to develop and enhance the product
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure results periodically

🔹 *Required Qualifications:*
* 3 to 7 years of experience in managing technical products
* Proven experience in launching a new product in the market
* Practical experience in digital marketing and managing advertising campaigns
* Strong understanding of growth paths (Acquisition, Retention, Conversion)
* Ability to lead a team and work with a high entrepreneurial spirit
* Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

🔹 *Preferred Experience in:*
* B2B Products
* SaaS or digital platforms
* Building sales and CRM systems
