Sifi is seeking a Product Manager — Platform to join its team in Riyadh, Ar Riyad. This full-time role is central to developing a business wallet designed for Saudi companies, focusing on core functionalities that simplify financial management. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Platform Product Management Focus

The Platform squad is responsible for the foundational elements of Sifi's offering, including how companies control spending, capture receipts, enforce policies, and track financial flows. This role involves transforming complex financial processes into intuitive user experiences. The team operates as a product-driven unit, focusing on identifying and solving core problems and achieving specific outcomes, rather than simply executing predefined roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with finance leaders and business owners to identify and address challenges such as lengthy expense processes, policy enforcement difficulties, missing receipts, and month-end reconciliation issues.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from initial concept validation and shipping new features to scaling existing functionalities by reducing friction and improving reliability.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies for new features, driving adoption and sustained usage.
• Utilize data extensively to inform product decisions, analyzing usage numbers, drop-off points, and adoption curves to validate hypotheses and ensure user-centric development.

Working Approach

Sifi operates with small, autonomous squads that maintain direct customer contact weekly. The team emphasizes real ownership and a high standard for product quality. This environment supports rapid development and a focused approach, prioritizing a few key initiatives for world-class execution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience shipping B2B SaaS products, demonstrating ownership of a significant product surface.
• Proven customer-centric approach, actively engaging with users weekly to uncover underlying problems.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex flows, with examples of features made dramatically simpler.
• Fluency in data analysis, including building dashboards, identifying patterns, and making data-driven product decisions.
• Capability to synthesize ambiguous and contradictory customer feedback into clear, actionable product decisions.
• Strong clear writing skills and decisiveness when operating in ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Saudi or MENA market.
• Direct experience with finance operations challenges or a proven ability to quickly acquire relevant context.
• Background in organizations that prioritize design as a fundamental competency.
