The Role: Product Specialist, Patient Monitor

This full-time position is for a Product Specialist Patient Monitor, focused on supporting the continued growth of the patient monitoring business. The role integrates product management, clinical education, marketing strategy, sales support, and market development. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales teams, distributors, customers, regional management, and global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product and marketing strategies for Patient Monitoring Systems.
• Deliver product, application, and clinical training to sales teams, distributors, and end users.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, sales pipelines, and business performance.
• Support product launches, campaigns, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and customer presentations.
• Conduct customer visits, workshops, congress participation, and trade-show activities.
• Work with distributors to develop product champions and strengthen market knowledge.
• Support product registration, forecasting, strategic planning, and go-to-market activities.
• Maintain regular communication with Nihon Kohden headquarters regarding market trends, new products, and regional strategy.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of patient monitoring systems, medical devices, clinical applications, or related healthcare technologies.
• Experience in product training, demonstrations, market analysis, and distributor support.
• Commercially focused, analytical, and confident in engaging with customers and sales teams.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the region and participate in international industry events.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
