About the Role

Tanmiah is seeking a Products and Solutions Senior Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of digital products and coordinating with various teams to ensure product objectives are met. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining product documentation, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of digital products to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and operations teams to align product objectives, priorities, and timelines.
• Maintain and update product documentation, including product features, roadmaps, KPIs, and user requirements.
• Monitor product performance, identify issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product-related decision-making.
• Ensure digital products comply with applicable digital policies, security requirements, and quality standards.
• Apply digital maturity models and track and report on product progress and maturity.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires a professional who can effectively manage digital product operations and collaborate across various departments to achieve strategic goals.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time, office-based position located at the program’s headquarters in Riyadh. The working week is from Sunday to Thursday, with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
