Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Thoroughly reviewing project specifications, drawings, and all relevant technical documentation.
• Effectively coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Continuously monitoring project progress and preparing regular, comprehensive status reports for management.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all project requirements, applicable safety standards, and company policies.
• Efficiently managing project resources, work schedules, and budgets to optimize outcomes.
• Proactively identifying potential project risks and proposing suitable and effective solutions.
• Providing comprehensive support for project implementation from the initial kickoff phase to final completion.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of project planning, scheduling, and execution methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and various project management tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• PMP certification is considered a significant added advantage.
