About the Project Management Engineer Role

A Confidential Government entity in Riyadh is seeking a Project Management Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects. This full-time role requires an individual who can ensure project activities align with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements, while effectively coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project progress closely and prepare regular, detailed status reports.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and submittals to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Identify potential project risks and actively support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Track contractor performance and confirm adherence to all project specifications and contractual obligations.
• Support project meetings, manage documentation, and facilitate clear stakeholder communication.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specifically in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related field.
• Possession of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project management.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• A strong understanding of fundamental project management principles and engineering workflows.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera, alongside relevant engineering software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
