About the Role

PE Global is seeking a Healthcare Project Coordinator/PMO Specialist to join a leading international healthcare group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for a junior-to-mid-level professional with 2-5 years of experience in healthcare project management, project coordination, or PMO functions. The role involves contributing to the group's international expansion, including the establishment of new clinic facilities in Riyadh.

Role Context and Contribution

The Project Coordinator/PMO Specialist will work closely with internal departments, local teams, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, monitoring timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring key tasks are completed. This role combines hands-on project coordination with operational support, focusing on progressing projects from planning through to implementation. Previous experience within the healthcare sector is essential, particularly in supporting healthcare projects, hospital or clinic openings, healthcare facility development, or operational improvement initiatives. The position is based on-site in Riyadh, with international travel to the UAE and other locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate healthcare projects and multiple workstreams, ensuring activities align with agreed plans and timelines.
• Monitor project schedules, maintain action trackers, and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Liaise with internal departments, healthcare teams, external partners, and service providers to support effective project delivery.
• Support the establishment and operational readiness of new clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate administrative and operational requirements, including documentation, contracts, banking arrangements, and other project-related activities.
• Identify outstanding actions, address coordination issues, and escalate delays or risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Support project implementation, operational handovers, and collaboration between central teams and local operations.
• Prepare project updates, maintain documentation, and provide progress reports to support decision-making.
• Assist with additional project and operational activities as required to support organizational expansion plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare project management, project coordination, or PMO functions.
• Demonstrated experience within the healthcare sector.
• Experience supporting healthcare projects, hospital or clinic openings, healthcare facility development, or operational improvement initiatives.

Location and Travel
