About the Opportunity

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Project Manager (Fintech Services) to join a client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the timely implementation and successful delivery of assigned projects and processes within the dynamic fintech sector.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be central to project execution, responsible for comprehensive planning, coordination, and reporting. This involves ensuring a smooth handover of projects to the business, while actively building and maintaining strong relationships across internal organizations and supporting country teams to achieve project objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects and implement corrective actions when outcomes deviate from expectations.
• Drive initiatives to achieve project objectives, minimize risks, and enhance team quality.
• Ensure high-quality execution of both one-time projects and ongoing process changes.
• Support financial business cases through detailed data analysis and research.
• Establish project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and standardized templates.
• Coordinate effectively with Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations teams to define priorities and gather essential insights.
• Monitor project schedules, manage budgets, and maintain accurate logs of project information.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and comprehensive training materials.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure smooth execution of tasks across various departments.
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and interdependencies, subsequently developing robust mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates and outcomes clearly and concisely to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and implementing enhancements.
• Lead or support change management initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management. A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and managing cross-functional teams is essential for this role.
