About the Role

Duncan & Ross is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact projects in banking digital transformation, digital channels, data modernization, and AI delivery. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management within a regulated banking environment.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of critical initiatives focused on enhancing digital banking platforms, optimizing digital channels (mobile, web, API), and implementing advanced data and AI solutions. This role involves managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for data, digital transformation, and AI initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation effectively.
• Apply both Agile and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate.
• Conduct regular stakeholder updates and prepare comprehensive steering committee reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and banking industry standards.
• Build and mentor cross-functional project teams within a matrix organization structure.
• Optimize resource utilization and manage project financial performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects related to data modernization, digital banking platforms, digital channels (mobile, web, API), and AI delivery.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience operating within a regulated banking environment is essential.
• Proficiency in applying Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
