This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the complete delivery of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) packages. This role involves coordinating engineering, procurement, vendor management, construction, testing, commissioning, consultant and client approvals, commercial control, and project handover. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume overall ownership of ELV/ICT package delivery, including program management, manpower allocation, technical coordination, procurement, construction, quality assurance, testing, and handover processes.
• Develop and implement the ELV/ICT execution strategy, ensuring coordinated priorities across multiple buildings, site infrastructure, and centralized/control-room requirements.
• Manage the ELV/ICT engineering team, ensuring adequate resources for design review, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, calculations, site support, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with the Project Director, consultants, clients, construction management, MEP disciplines, civil/structural teams, specialist subcontractors, and OEMs.
• Review overall system architecture to ensure proper definition of interfaces between CCTV, ACS, IDS, FAS, PAVA, ICT network, Wi-Fi, telephony, SCADA/control-room ICT, and other project systems.
• Ensure all technical submissions align with approved specifications, drawings, BOQ, consultant comments, and project requirements prior to procurement or installation.
• Control procurement priorities, long-lead items, approved vendors/OEMs, technical compliance, licenses, software, accessories, spares, and warranty requirements.
• Monitor engineering and procurement status against construction requirements to prevent site delays caused by late technical information or materials.
• Lead the resolution of major RFIs, technical deviations, NCRs, design changes, interface conflicts, and consultant/client comments.
• Coordinate commercial and technical assessments of variations, scope gaps, design changes, and vendor claims with commercial/cost-control teams.
• Ensure production and review of system-specific calculations and design studies, including CCTV storage/bandwidth/coverage, Wi-Fi heat-map/capacity, ACS door matrix/controller capacity, fiber loss/core allocation, UPS load/autonomy, PAGA calculations, and FAS calculations.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), pre-commissioning, commissioning, integrated system testing, and performance verification.
• Ensure system integration and cause/effect/interface requirements are thoroughly tested, documented, and accepted.

Project Monitoring and Documentation

• Monitor installation progress, inspection status, punch lists, testing status, and commissioning readiness by building/system.
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates, configuration records, training records, warranties, and handover dossiers.
• Prepare management progress reports covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, risks, resources, cost, and program.
• Drive technical quality and ensure field execution adheres to approved drawings, method statements, OEM requirements, and applicable project standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within ELV/ICT delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from initiation to handover.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications, broadcasting, and security systems.
