About the Role

HanmiGlobal MENA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet established timelines, scope, and budget while upholding high-quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects, encompassing planning, execution, and closing phases.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project activities.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progression.
• Monitor project status, identify and address issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and documentation for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management, specifically within the infrastructure or land development sector.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• PMP or an equivalent certification is considered an advantage.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within a dynamic construction project environment. The Project Manager will collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
