Project Manager

About the Role

AVEVA Select Gulf is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, serving as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing all aspects from planning through execution and closure. This involves direct interaction with clients and coordinating internal teams to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate the project team across all phases of the project.
• Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, including conducting progress meetings and preparing reports.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
• Manage deliverables, client reviews, and approvals.
• Handle change requests, invoicing, and project closure procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Experience delivering IT, OT, or industrial automation projects, with a preference for experience with government or utility clients.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
