The Role of Project Manager

Qamat construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience in construction project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-quality construction projects from mobilization through handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project execution from mobilization to handover.
• Monitoring and controlling project schedules and costs.
• Managing consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in construction project management.
• Demonstrated track record in leading project teams.
• Solid experience in schedule and cost monitoring and control.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders effectively.
