Project Manager

About the Role

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and execute kitchen, door, and finishing projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves managing projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budget, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor projects from contract signing through to final delivery.
• Prepare and track project plans, timelines, and execution phases.
• Coordinate between sales, design, production, supply, installation, and after-sales service teams.
• Monitor site measurements, manufacturing, supply, and installation activities.
• Supervise work teams and contractors, tracking on-site progress.
• Monitor execution quality and ensure work complies with approved specifications and designs.
• Track project requirements for materials, tools, and resources.
• Address client feedback and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
• Monitor costs and expenses, ensuring project execution within the approved budget.
• Prepare periodic reports on project status, completion rates, and obstacles.
• Oversee initial and final handover processes and close out outstanding remarks.
• Manage risks and delays, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor project and execution team KPIs.
• Utilize ERP / Odoo systems for project tracking, updates, and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in kitchens, doors, finishing, or contracting.
• Practical experience in managing execution teams and contractors.
• Proficiency in managing timelines, costs, and execution quality.
• Proficiency in using MS Project / Excel and ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in the field and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active involvement in project sites and coordination across various internal and external teams.
