About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Project Risk Manager (Construction) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with construction projects to ensure successful completion within established parameters.

Role Overview

The Project Risk Manager will be instrumental in safeguarding project success by mitigating potential risks across various aspects, including scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and environmental impact. The role requires a solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, quality standards, safety regulations, and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for construction projects, evaluating potential risks related to scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, and environmental impact.
• Develop risk management plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks, collaborating closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, working closely with regulatory bodies as required.
• Prepare and present detailed risk reports, including risk registers, risk matrices, and mitigation plans, to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Lead crisis and emergency response efforts, developing and implementing emergency response plans for construction sites.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management within the construction industry.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and project management.
