About the Project Supervisor Role

AlKhalejiah is seeking a proactive Project Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing daily project activities to ensure efficient, safe, and plan-compliant execution. The Project Supervisor will be instrumental in coordinating site operations, managing project teams, and monitoring progress towards timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project operations and site activities.
• Coordinate work schedules and monitor overall project progress.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and established timelines.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and project personnel on-site.
• Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Identify project issues and report progress, risks, and potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges to maintain project schedules.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in project supervision or a similar role.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with project management tools is considered an advantage.
