The Role: Projects Manager, Residential Real Estate Development

Drfah is seeking an experienced and proactive Projects Manager to lead the successful delivery of residential real estate development projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analyses, and prepare project proposals and business cases.
• Design & Pre-Construction: Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for design concepts and construction documents. Review and approve plans to ensure alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements. Oversee the permitting process and manage the tendering and selection of contractors and suppliers.
• Project Execution & Construction Management: Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Oversee site engineers, monitor progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues. Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, track budgets, approve invoices, and implement cost control measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Organize and lead regular project meetings, prepare and present detailed project status reports, and address stakeholder concerns or scope changes.
• Project Closeout & Handover: Oversee final inspections, quality assurance, and commissioning. Ensure all project documentation, warranties, and compliance certificates are completed. Coordinate property handover and conduct post-project evaluations for process improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in projects management, specifically within residential real estate development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and budget management.
• Experience in coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Proficiency in managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
