About the Opportunity

People Group Arabia is seeking a Public Relations Manager for its client, a prominent private real estate developer in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and involves leading public relations and corporate communications strategy for a growing organization with a portfolio of premium residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across the Kingdom.

Role Purpose

The Public Relations Manager will be instrumental in shaping the company's public profile, managing media relations, and providing communications support for the successful launch of landmark projects. This position requires a strategic approach to communications within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's PR and communications strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media.
• Prepare press releases, executive communications, speeches, and corporate announcements.
• Manage media enquiries and protect the company's reputation through proactive communications.
• Support the launch of major real estate developments, hospitality projects, and corporate initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, marketing teams, and external agencies to deliver integrated communication campaigns.
• Coordinate corporate events, press conferences, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reporting on PR performance and market sentiment.
• Develop crisis communication plans and support senior leadership during sensitive issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Previous experience within real estate, hospitality, construction, tourism, or destination development is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong network of media contacts within Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting executive leadership.
