About the Role
Join Bayut, the leading property portal in the Kingdom, as a Public Relations Officer - Investor Relations. We connect millions of users with the best online search experience in real estate. As part of the Dubizzle Group, you will play a crucial role in managing the visa lifecycle for our investors and ensuring a seamless visa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Visa Processing & Compliance:
- Handle end-to-end visa processing for investors and VIPs.
- Maintain accurate visa records in accordance with Saudi regulations.
- Verify and prepare necessary documentation for visa applications.
- Monitor visa validity and initiate renewals proactively.
Investor Relations & Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries regarding visas.
- Provide personalized support to investors during their visits.
- Coordinate with consulates and embassies for smooth visa issuance.
Agency & Government Coordination:
- Build relationships with overseas visa agents and government representatives.
- Ensure compliance with investment and immigration policies.
- Negotiate and evaluate performance of visa service providers.
Reporting & System Management:
- Maintain a visa tracker and generate status reports.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Government Relations (GR).
- Proven experience dealing with investors or VIPs.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi visa regulations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
