As part of the Dubizzle Group, you will play a crucial role in managing the visa lifecycle for our investors and ensuring a seamless visa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visa Processing & Compliance:
  • Handle end-to-end visa processing for investors and VIPs.
  • Maintain accurate visa records in accordance with Saudi regulations.
  • Verify and prepare necessary documentation for visa applications.
  • Monitor visa validity and initiate renewals proactively.
• Investor Relations & Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries regarding visas.
  • Provide personalized support to investors during their visits.
  • Coordinate with consulates and embassies for smooth visa issuance.
• Agency & Government Coordination:
  • Build relationships with overseas visa agents and government representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with investment and immigration policies.
  • Negotiate and evaluate performance of visa service providers.
• Reporting & System Management:
  • Maintain a visa tracker and generate status reports.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Government Relations (GR).
- Proven experience dealing with investors or VIPs.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi visa regulations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
