Job Overview:
As a Government & Private Relationship & Collection Officer, you will play a crucial role in discovering and pursuing new leads and connection prospects in government (NUPCO) and private hospitals & clinics, while maintaining customer relationship satisfaction. You will be utilizing your excellent communication skills to reach out to potential customers, demonstrating our services and products to facilitate the necessary tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads with key leaders in various sectors.
• Maintain an existing list of clients in the government (NUPCO) and medical private sectors with an accurate track record.
• Conduct daily visits and actively seek out new prospects to support the operational team.
• Set up meetings with potential key decision-makers to convey company concerns and ambitions.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate messages and requests on challenges and situations.
• Handle operational challenges and bottlenecks effectively.
• Participate on behalf of the company in meetings and gatherings.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with all government hospitals (NUPCO) and the private medical sector.
• Good exposure to all medical sector leaders.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
