Quality Assurance & IMS Engineer

About the Role

Kent Data Centres is seeking a Quality Assurance & IMS Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving Quality Assurance, internal audits, and ISO management systems across the growing KSA operations, supporting upcoming ISO certification and compliance phases. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian regulatory requirements, client standards, and company procedures.
• Act as the focal point for external audits, certification audits, and client inspections.
• Manage nonconformities, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive quality assurance and compliance across all project phases, including reviewing and approving quality documentation.
• Lead HSE implementation across project sites, conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ISO 14001 requirements, supporting sustainability initiatives.
• Plan, conduct, and lead internal audits and inspections, maintaining audit findings registers.
• Identify training needs and coordinate QHSE training programs, delivering awareness sessions.
• Ensure effective document control and prepare monthly QHSE reports, KPI dashboards, and management review inputs.
• Stay updated with applicable Saudi regulations and international standards, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and IMS roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead audits, present findings, and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites/projects and perform effectively under pressure.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with the ability to foster a strong safety and quality culture.
• Flexibility and adaptability to project demands, including extended hours and site requirements.
