The Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the company's operations. The successful candidate will specifically focus on a Red Meat factory site, driving adherence to established policies and systems.

Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for upholding Almarai's commitment to quality and safety at the Red Meat factory site. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring full compliance of the Red Meat factory site with the company's Safety Policy.
• Ensuring full compliance of the Red Meat factory site with the company's Quality Policy.
• Ensuring full compliance of the Red Meat factory site with the Divisional Quality Management System.
• Driving the achievement of Divisional Business and Quality Objectives.
• Managing all quality-related processes, personnel, and resources within the factory site.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles within the meat industry, with a preference for experience gained at a multi-national company.
• Formal qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, or AIBI standards.
• Demonstrated knowledge of microbiology.
• A background in food manufacturing, specifically specializing in Red Meat.
