Quality Specialist

About the Role

Mina Excellence is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on monitoring operational quality, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
• Conduct quality reviews and internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and report Quality KPIs and prepare periodic quality reports.
• Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the development and continuous improvement of quality management processes.
• Ensure quality documentation, procedures, and records are maintained accurately.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a quality-focused role. The position requires a professional who can demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
