We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Specialist to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services, particularly in X-ray procedures, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. As a Radiology Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering advanced imaging procedures across various settings, including Primary Care centers and Home Health Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Care: Perform advanced diagnostic X-ray procedures, assuring high-quality images for diagnostic needs. Ensure accurate patient positioning and effective use of imaging equipment while supervising patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families about the X-ray process, including preparation, procedure steps, and aftercare instructions.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide integrated patient care. Coordinate with the teleradiology team for efficient image and diagnostic result sharing.
  • Quality and Compliance: Adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control practices while participating in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical practice standards.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on advancements in X-ray technology, participate in ongoing training, and mentor junior radiology staff as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid radiology specialist license in Saudi Arabia from SCHS.
- Experience in diagnostic radiology with proven skills in advanced imaging procedures and patient management.

Skills:
  • Strong clinical and technical skills in operating X-ray equipment and interpreting images.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and diagnostic healthcare technologies.

Working Conditions:
- Work will be performed in Primary Healthcare Centers and during Home health care visits.
- This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
