Radiology Sales Manager

About the Role

AMS International UAE is seeking a Radiology Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies within the healthcare sector, specifically targeting radiology information systems (RIS), picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the KSA healthcare industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product or service opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales within the KSA market.
• Demonstrated sales experience in RIS/PACS and related technologies is required.
• Strong understanding of the KSA healthcare industry, including key players, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
• A valid driving license is essential for this role.
