About the Role

Aventus Global Talent is assisting a leading international law firm in recruiting a Real Estate Associate Lawyer for its growing Riyadh office. This full-time position involves joining one of the region's premier real estate practices, advising on significant and complex real estate transactions across the GCC.

Practice Focus

The team provides counsel to a diverse client base, including sovereign wealth funds, government entities, institutional investors, developers, investment funds, family offices, and multinational corporates. The role involves working closely with a regional team on landmark Vision 2030 projects and cross-border transactions within Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, offering exposure to high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on real estate acquisitions and disposals.
• Handling mixed-use, hospitality, residential, industrial, and logistics developments.
• Structuring joint ventures and strategic investment frameworks.
• Managing real estate private equity and institutional investments.
• Working on development projects and construction-related transactions.
• Providing counsel on commercial leasing and asset management.
• Engaging in real estate finance and structured finance matters.
• Dealing with corporate real estate and portfolio transactions.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience gained at a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.
• Strong experience in commercial real estate, investment transactions, development projects, real estate finance, or broader corporate real estate matters.

Candidate Profile

The firm strongly prefers Saudi Arabian or GCC National qualified lawyers. Essential experience includes advising on Saudi Arabian or GCC real estate matters at a Legal 500 Ranked Law Firm.
