The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors, clients, and incoming communications, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression. This position is responsible for managing the reception area efficiently and providing essential administrative and coordination support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective internal and external communication flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all visitors and clients professionally upon their arrival.
• Answer and efficiently transfer incoming calls to the concerned departments.

Qualifications and Experience
