About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a full-time Receptionist in Riyadh. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and providing comprehensive support throughout guests' stays. The Receptionist serves as a primary point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and complete the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
  • Process guest departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
  • Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications.
