About the Role

Sisco is seeking a Recruitment Executive to join our client's team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are motivated to support recruitment activities and candidate coordination.

Role Context

The Recruitment Executive will play a key role in supporting the client's talent acquisition efforts. This involves managing various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to documentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates using job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on approved job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and verify employment-related information.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Support activities related to offer management, candidate joining, and recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track open requirements through to closure.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a recruitment-related role.
• Demonstrated ability to support recruitment activities and candidate coordination.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working with a client of Sisco.
