Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent work execution.
• Execute daily HR operations to maintain compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and compile employee data into various reports to meet internal or statutory requirements.
• Act as a coordinator for projects or events, providing logistical support for key HR initiatives.
• Deliver a range of HR services to internal customers, including necessary follow-ups, to address employee HR needs.
• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews for short-listed candidates to ensure a smooth selection process.
• Assist in preparing various HR documents to support the efficient functioning of the HR department.
• Draft memos and emails to facilitate clear communication with relevant parties.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Some knowledge of HR issues in at least one area.

Work Setting
