Recruitment Specialist

About the Role

Awj Media Group is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle within the organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on attracting and selecting talent to meet business needs across various industries, including Events Management, Marketing, and Entertainment. The role requires a solid understanding of the talent landscape within these sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for permanent, freelance, trainee, and part-time positions, from job posting to selection.
• Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future staffing requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align with recruitment plans.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment system training, interview techniques, and assessment methods.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, Saudization targets, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques, including Saudization targets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Strong background in talent acquisition.
• Experience within the Events Management, Marketing, or Entertainment industry is a critical requirement.
• Solid understanding of the talent landscape within these industries, including event operations, production, and marketing-related roles.
