About the Role

Rgheeb is seeking a highly experienced Regional Property Manager to lead property management operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the management of residential and commercial real estate portfolios, ensuring operational efficiency, high-quality standards, and optimal investment returns for assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Oversee leasing operations, including contract renewals, to achieve high occupancy rates.
• Lead and develop work teams, ensuring their performance meets management objectives.
• Supervise maintenance and operational activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients, effectively addressing operational challenges.
• Prepare operational plans, budgets, and periodic reports for senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Track asset performance and propose opportunities for development and enhanced investment returns.
• Ensure full compliance with all regulations and laws pertaining to the real estate sector and property management within the Kingdom.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in property management or real estate management.
• Proven experience in managing real estate portfolios that include both residential and commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate sector, lease management, and property management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing work teams.
