Research Executive (Junior/Entry Level

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Junior Client Service Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who love meeting people, exploring consumer insights, and working with data. In this position, you will gain invaluable international exposure with the opportunity to work directly with a diverse portfolio of prestigious global, regional, and local clients, while playing a vital role in client management, running consumer focus groups, and presenting impactful findings.

Tamheer Program Priority: This role is designed as a 3 to 6-month career accelerator. Candidates who are registered and eligible for the Tamheer program will receive first priority. This provides a structured path toward a permanent full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with consumers during in-person focus groups and research sessions.

• Meet regularly with clients to deliver research updates and build strong relationships.

• Analyze consumer data, work with numbers, and uncover market trends.

• Create and deliver high-quality presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (Freshers welcome).

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong comfort level with numbers.

• Languages: Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

• Communication: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

• Tamheer Eligibility: Saudi national, graduated within the last 6 months, not registered in GOSI for the past 6 months; Candidates not eligible for Tamheer also can apply.
