About the Role

Al-Khuraif is seeking a Residential Building Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential building in Riyadh. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals Only. The role involves comprehensive building management, coordination of services, and direct support for residents and leasing activities.

Role Purpose and Candidate Profile

The Residential Building Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the property, acting as a central point for operational oversight and resident relations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess a hands-on approach, and maintain a professional demeanor. Experience in residential property operations or leasing is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily residential building operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and other service teams.
• Handle resident requests and complaints efficiently.
• Support leasing activities and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Arrange and conduct unit viewings for potential residents.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Monitor the status of both vacant and occupied units.
• Regularly inspect apartments and common areas to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.
• Provide regular operational and occupancy updates to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in residential property operations or leasing.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and a hands-on approach to management.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate various teams effectively.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The compensation for this role is SAR 6,000 per month. Candidates must be Saudi Nationals to be considered for this role.
