About the Role

Olayan Food Division is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring a consistent and welcoming dining experience for guests, while upholding high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the team, managing operational costs, and driving sales and profitability.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes ensuring guests receive a welcoming and consistent dining experience, maintaining high standards across food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. The Restaurant Manager is also tasked with team leadership and development, managing staffing and operating costs, and contributing to sales and profitability in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all restaurant training initiatives and ensuring the proper execution of all training programs.
• Ensuring timely resolution of all guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Maintaining all quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant.
• Accountability for overall restaurant performance and the implementation of sales-building activities.
• Managing monthly Profit and Loss statement results and initiating required actions for financial performance.
• Providing opportunities for team members to suggest, participate in, and contribute to improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Restaurant Manager position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in restaurant management. The role requires a professional capable of managing diverse operational aspects and leading a team effectively.
