About the Retail Auditor Role
ScoreCarts is seeking a Retail Auditor to conduct structured field audits across retail stores. This part-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on ensuring compliance with company standards, verifying accurate product availability, and overseeing the proper execution of merchandising guidelines. The role involves regular field visits, precise data collection, and diligent monitoring of retail performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned retail stores following a predetermined route plan.
- Audit product availability, current stock levels, and shelf execution across various product categories.
- Verify correct product placement according to planograms and established brand guidelines.
- Check pricing accuracy and confirm that in-store promotions are implemented correctly.
- Identify and document out-of-stock items, stock discrepancies, and execution failures.
- Collect accurate field data using provided digital tools or reporting systems.
- Capture photographic evidence of shelf conditions, displays, and any compliance issues.
- Ensure all collected data is complete, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Report any inconsistencies, stock issues, or operational gaps to the management team.
- Coordinate with internal sales and merchandising teams to address store-level issues.
- Adhere to strict audit procedures and maintain consistency across all store visits.
- Manage daily and weekly visit schedules to ensure full route completion.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting recurring retail execution challenges.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in retail auditing, field auditing, or FMCG operations.
- A high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of retail store operations and merchandising standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret field data effectively.
- Experience conducting structured field visits and audits.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management and route planning capabilities.
- Good communication skills for reporting and coordination purposes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily reporting deadlines.
