About the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Revenue Assurance Sr. Analyst for a contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on ensuring financial integrity and optimizing revenue streams for clients in the utilities, telecom, and government sectors.

Key Focus Areas

• Applying best-practice analytical methodologies to identify revenue leakage, inefficiencies, and operational risks.
• Conducting risk assessments, control reviews, and maturity assessments to enhance Revenue Assurance effectiveness and operational performance.
• Supporting control design, performance monitoring, and ad-hoc investigations using analytics-driven Revenue Assurance and forensic tools.

Required Experience

• 6–9 years of experience in Revenue Assurance and financial analytics across utilities, telecom, and government sectors.
• Extensive experience working with very large datasets, advanced data analytics, reconciliation, SQL-based logic, and Power BI dashboards.
• Hands-on experience using analytics-driven Revenue Assurance and forensic tools.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of utility regulatory environments and governance frameworks, with exposure to public-sector and national utility operations.
• Strong understanding of revenue, billing, financial controls, customer data, and accounting processes, with emphasis on variance analysis and anomaly detection.
• Ability to apply best-practice analytical methodologies.
