Join WSP in the Middle East as an HSE Manager!
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to be a part of our ongoing PMO program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead the HSE efforts across our project portfolio, providing assurance that safety, health, and environmental considerations are prioritized at all stages.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead HSE initiatives and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
  • Support the Program Director in fulfilling HSE responsibilities across all projects.
  • Ensure effective collaboration among all stakeholders on HSE matters.
  • Identify and manage HSE risks across all projects effectively.
  • Implement the HSE management system to protect all personnel.
  • Promote a positive culture of HSE across the portfolio.
  • Drive incidents prevention strategies and ensure high standards of performance.
Qualifications:
  • BSc/MSc or equivalent health and safety qualification.
  • At least 15 years of HSE experience in the construction sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
  • 5 years of experience in the Middle East is essential.
  • Possession of environmental qualifications like IEMA or NEBOSH.
  • Chartered Membership in a professional body such as IOSH.
