As a pivotal member of our team, the Sales Associate plays a crucial role in generating sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within the store environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
    • Create a positive initial impression with an energetic attitude and maintain dress code.
    • Greet customers sincerely upon their arrival, providing a warm welcome.
    • Share relevant product information to assist customers effectively.
    • Offer quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
    • Express gratitude to customers as they exit and invite them to return.
  • Sales:
    • Generate sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
    • Encourage add-on sales during customer interactions.
    • Promote gift cards and capture customer information during transactions.
  • Operational Duties:
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Ensure the cash wrap area is tidy and provide efficient service.
    • Participate in visual presentation standards and housekeeping as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills for positive customer interactions.
  • Effective communication skills regarding product information.
  • Proficient in maintaining store standards and visual presentation.
  • Organizational skills for managing cash wrap and database entries.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Good verbal communication abilities.
  • Able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and perform heavy lifting as needed.
