About the Role

Al Hayat Investments is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves generating and managing new leads, developing comprehensive gym solutions, preparing quotations, and closing deals. The consultant will also support end-to-end customer execution, from proposal submission to final delivery, and is expected to have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, events, and outbound outreach, managing the sales pipeline from qualification to closing.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and opportunity updates using CRM/ERP tools, with a preference for Oracle NetSuite.
  • Support clients in defining gym requirements and coordinate basic gym layout and design with internal stakeholders.
  • Recommend suitable equipment solutions (cardio, strength, functional, accessories) based on customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility and operational constraints.
  • Prepare professional quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and secure necessary approvals for awarded projects.
  • Close deals and ensure a complete and clear handover to operations.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer payments, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Liaise with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams for item availability, lead times, and delivery planning.
  • Follow up on delivery, installation, and completion milestones, keeping customers informed.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, tracking performance against targets and highlighting risks or opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven B2B sales experience, with 5-10 years in a relevant sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools for sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Prior experience in gym or fitness equipment sales is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with leading gym equipment brands is a strong advantage.
